Classes are for everyone, from the newcomer as well as the seasoned practitioner. Classes are designed to enhance the practice of each individual participant.

YOGA FOR EVERYONE
Yoga is an ancient practice that means to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Postures and breath are used to strengthen muscles, improve circulation, promote flexibility, and decrease stress and tension.
Pilates is a body conditioning system that helps build flexibility and strength in the legs, abdominal area, arms, hips, and back.
TRX Suspension Training builds functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability. Core strengthening is integrated into each back, shoulder, chest, hip and leg exercise as well. TRX Fusion includes TRX, BOSU, Pilates, and Yoga.
A 60, 45, or 30-minute session of personal assessments, goal setting, and nutrition guidance. Sessions include a variety of exercise methods to fit the individual’s needs and modifications. The methods include Cardiovascular Conditioning, Sports Specific Training, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Balance, Breathing, BOSU, and TRX training.
