C change FOR YOUTH

C change can provide on-site training for educators to learn how to use yoga to support academic growth. Yoga helps children see the beauty and light of themselves, thereby boosting their self-confidence, allowing them to feel more comfortable with their bodies, and helping them get in touch with who they are inside.

 

C change FOR TEAM SPORTS AND ATHLETES

C change can provide flexibility, strength, and focus on all types of youth sports teams. A repetitive movement will eventually create muscular imbalances and lead to injury, but incorporating yoga into an existing routine can help athletes increase strength and avoid injury.

I have worked with Cece for over 7 years--both personal training and yoga. As a person who doesn’t naturally enjoy exercise (but realizes the value of it as I age), I can truly say that Cece’s method of instruction inspires me to want to show up, participate and do my best. No two sessions are ever alike and the apparatus she uses varies every session, which keeps it interesting. I would highly recommend Cece to anyone who is looking for a reputable instructor . . . especially if you need a little extra motivation.
